Golf Tips Go Long!

There is no doubt that the reappearance of Adam Scott to top form with the putter chest and Keegan Bradley PGA Championship victory with belly putter woke up more chatter regarding whether or not long putters is an unfair advantage. If the PGA Tour putting outlaw these alternative styles or let them be? Correct or incorrect to use?
Perhaps the question is really, why so many golfers opt for a belly or chest putter in the first place? I do not know something that we do in terms of long putter has an advantage over a standard length flatstick? Players that come to mind are Scott, Couples, Singh, mediation and Els, all of whom were adopted late abdomen or long putters, each with varying degrees of success. And by the way, not all players who have demonstrated success with long putters are new to using one. Keegan Bradley has been using belly putter in his college days at St. John. With that said, what gives? Why are belly and long putters now more popular than ever?
There are several reasons why these putters longer operate more efficiently than short putters, but the main reason so many players are switch has little to do with the mechanics of a long putter than that of a regular putter. The reality is that most (not all) of the players on tour who go to this style of putter do this because they have inherited a form of the yips. A perfect example of this is Bernhard Langer. It is well documented that Langer's affliction with the disease have occurred at an early age, and he had not had his career without the use of chest putter.
How does YIPS?This problem affects many golfers and some do not even know they have it. A put is a movement yip uncontrollable, unconscious, with one hand or both hands, usually occurs just before impact. It has to do with neural pathways in the brain, and the effect is a stroke that puts uncontrollable produce results. In other words, with yips is a lot like putting a nervous mind. When you're nervous, you shake and tremble, making it difficult to make a good stroke, accelerate through the ball. The yips basically the same thing happens, although sometimes it's very subtle, and the mind is not conscious of making small body such as nervous movements of stroke. And when it comes to putting even subtle changes in your putting stroke can make the difference between making and missing the putt every time.
When a player goes to an alternative grip like grip claw or a pencil or a belly putter or chest, the path from brain to hand yip is re-created. It is literally a remake of the brain, and in almost all cases, Ip disappears forever sometimes and sometimes only for a few months. Regardless, the player is able to perform better on the greens, making more putts and shooting lower scores.
Now, apart from the yips, if we were to evaluate mechanical than a long putter or belly-length putter you see that belly and chest simplify putting stroke. With both methods, butt grip is anchored to your body, thus taking correlation wrists and hands, basically the game. Also, no involvement wrist or hand stroke putter tends to decrease at a similar point as well. The result, in most cases, greater consistency and stroke, which, for some, it is easy to repeat.
Arms and club shaft line on the same plane nice.Make sure you keep an eye on the ball. It is easy to get too far inside ball eyes because of the length of the stick. Use any handle on the right side that feels comfortable.

Left forearm (for a right-handed player) is parallel to the goal line intended.
IS TRULY AN ADVANTAGE TO USE belly or chest putter? For some golfers, absolutely! If you struggle with the yips or make a consistent stroke, then yes, a long putter may actually help. But like any other club, a belly or chest putter is not suitable for everyone. Some who have tried belly putters or chest said distance and speed control are more difficult on short putts, while others said that longer putters are more difficult to trace. In any case, it really put the individual aspect of playing golf and club best choice for your game, no matter what length it should be your top priority. And as for an unfair advantage, hard! Each player may use a belly putter or long, if he or she wants. There's nothing unfair about it, and frankly, you can make a similar argument about golfers using certain drivers, shafts, iron designs, feathers and so on, all claiming different characteristics of these clubs have performance benefits over other . The goal, however, is to get the ball in the hole in the fewest strokes, so use whatever you think will do the job club.
If you feel as though you might have yips, the good news is it's treatable. You just have to identify which part you are in and then reformat grip with the hand on the handle of his stick. And by the way, this does not always mean moving to a club more. Sometimes simple changes in clamping position and the position will help refresh your putting technique.
